香港利得稅：呈交利得稅報稅表須知
在呈交報稅表 (tax return) 時，下列文件須一併呈交 :

損益表 (profit and loss account) 及資產負債表 (balance sheet)

利得稅計算表 (tax computation)

利息收支明細表 (schedule of interest)

資產買賣清單 (details of purchase and disposal of fixed assets)

期初及期末存貨明細表 (schedule of opening and closing stock)
-
租金支出明細表 (schedule of rent expenses)
-
支付佣金或分判費用明細表 (schedule of commission expenses)
如果總業務入息 (turnover) --- 包括出售資產 --- 不超過HK$500,000，上述文件不需連同報稅表呈交，惟納稅人仍須編制上述文件，以備稅局隨時抽查。
根據公司法例 (Companies Ordinance) ，有限公司 (limited company) 的賬目必須經核數師 (auditor) 審核，在呈交報稅表時，核數師報告 (auditor report) 亦須一併呈交。
